Order
You can visit our store in Savannah or order online depending on your preference and convenience. In-store purchases can be taken home immediately unless adjustments were requested. Orders online will arrive within the specified date. The number of days could vary depending on your location and the item you have ordered.
We accept custom-dresses. You will be contacted by a representative to discuss the details of the order.
Payment
The price is available online for all items available. If not on stock, you will also know it upon clicking the item. The cost displayed on the monitor does not include the taxes and delivery charges. You will be given the breakdown on the page before the final payment. We accept payments in cash or credit card.
Cancelation and return policy
You may cancel your order only if the stock is on our store. Once sent, you are not allowed to cancel the order anymore. If you purchased from our store, we have a 3-day replacement policy. You need to return the item with the receipt. Make sure that the item is intact or else, we will not allow you to return it. The loss of receipt will also prevent you from replacing the item.
Products
The products you purchase online have images and descriptions. The actual product might slightly differ due to the lighting used on the photos. We provide this advice in advance since we do not accept returns and replacements on this ground. The materials used in making the products are also written on the description. We do not allow the return of the products because you are not comfortable with the material used.
Changes in terms
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. You may leave the site now if uncomfortable of this policy.
